Artist's Description
The Flower Girl is a beautiful charcoal illustrative three quarter portrait of a young lady with flowing black hair that is adorned with flowers in her hair and with a flower in her left hand. She is clothed in wrapped folded cloth that has the same flowing look as her hair; giving the portrait an enchanting look. With this artwork of an unknown author or creation date I've taken the faded aged image, converted it into grey scale half tones. I then added noise and a mesh for some texture to even out the discontinuities in the image and to average out the half tone pattern. This is a retouched digital art old masters reproduction of a public domain image.
