Virgin Of The Rocks c~1490 (London Version - Considered to be the 2nd version) by Italian Painter Leonardo da Vinci (1452 - 1519 ); was part of the High Renaissance Art Movement and adept at painting, sculpture, architecture and engineering.
This religious artwork depicts the Virgin Mary with her arm around the infant Saint John the Baptist, who is holding a cross, adoring the infant Jesus as an Angel supports his back as they sit alongside a well.
