If I recall this image was just to green or maybe yellow; so I worked with the White Balance first then the Hue and Saturation, and the Shadows/Highlights and Brightness and Contrast. This one may also have monochrome noise added to it; to even out the image from compression artifacts of the original image. Sometimes I can leave this out; but most of the time I include even just a little of it.
