This is a beautiful portrait of a young lady by the seaside that is placed against a rugged mountainscape and an island with religious temple on its peak and very large trees on the left of the scene.

The young lady is sitting on a decorative marble bench with a plant overlapping the left portion of the bench; and both her legs are also on the bench as she relaxes.

She is wearing violet sheer dress with bluish-purple trimming along the edges; she is also wearing a type of green apron with straps that go around her waist twice, as well as her shoulders.

She has her black hair tied off in a bunch by a gold colored chord; and she has her right hand placed across the shins of her bent knees; while holding a green plant with red blossoms in her left hand which is hanging over the seat portion of the bench.
